It is helthy, easy to cook, cheap, and delicious.
I usually eat it at home, but I have one delicious Soba restaurant in Sapporo. Its name is 'Yagumo'.
Yagumo's soba is 'Goma-Soba(Sesame buckwheat noodle)'.
Sesami is cut into very small pieces, and kneaded with buckwhet together.

It's a cold Soba, and there are natto(fermented soybeans), cucumber, daikon oroshi(grated radish), takuan(yellow pickled radish), nori(dried laver) and a raw egg on the Soba. We pour souce over the soba and stir all ingredients, then eat it.
Maybe it doesn't sound appetizing for you. Actually, if you don't like natto, you wouldn't like it. But I think it is popular menu of Yagumo. When I went to Yagumo before, there are 5 people around my table. And 4 of all(including me) ordered 'Natto-Soba'!!
If you are curious person, why don't you try it?

See you on Friday,

Hi, everyone!
ReplyDeleteTo tell the truth, I know only one Soba restaurant 'Yagumo'.
I want to the restaurants Toshinari recommended very much.
About Natto-Soba, I also introduced it on Monday's English conversation class. But the English teacher was frowned, so I think Bob may also dislike it. Don't expect too much!!
By the way, 'blogger' site doesn't work well today. Something is strange...
