The most famous zoo in Japan is Asahiyama Zoo.It is in Asahikawa in Hokkaido.
In winter season, the zoo has a special event.
It is "Penguin's Walking".
Over 10 penguins take a walk into the zoo
for about 45 minutes.
They are as large as small children about 2 years old. They are unexpectedly large !!
They walk like a toddling baby with their flippers opened.
It is a heartwarming scene.
I really want to come there some day. I'm also interested in the polar bear. But I'm not sure I can do it because I'm extremely sensitive to cold.

ReplyDeleteAsahiyama Zoo is very exciting place. I like polar bear jumping into the water. It's very big, but very cute.
When you go there, you may forget all about the time!
